Responsibilities of the Controller:
The Controller will be responsible for preparing and distributing financial reports
Manage cash flow
Oversee a department of 5
Analyze and manage the companies budgeting and forecasting processes
The Controller will coordinate and oversee internal and external audits of the company's financial records
Controller will have to report to the CFO in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications of the Controller:
Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
Experience in the construction industry!
Strong communication skills
