HELP DESK ANALYST

Job Description

This position analyzes and resolves level one software and hardware related problems to support all store systems users.

Qualifications for this position include:

Up to one year of related experience

Demonstrated proficiency with Windows software

Good communication and analytical skills

Ability to work rotating shifts

High School diploma or GED

Understanding of Variety’s cash register systems a plus
