Financial Addtiions has a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work at a stable and growing enery company in Dallas.
Responsibilities include:
Management of travel arrangements and executive group calendar, expense reports, meeting/event prep, and other basic admin duites including back up for other admins as needed.
Prepare presentations for senior management.as well as daily/weekly business summaries as requested
Assist with budget and forecasting reports
Prepare invoices for approvals
Prepare and/or edit department communication and corresponsdance. Requirements include:
6+ years in EA role at a medium to large size companysupporting a fast-paced department with multiple executives
Experience working with general business activities including accounting, contracts, budgets, managing confidential and time-sensitive materials, etc.
Tech savvy - prefer experience with Concur (forT&E), SharePoint, SAP
Excellent communcation skills, both written and verbal,
Professional demeanor and extremely dependable and punctual.
Bachelorâ s degree preferred.
