Pence Countertops, Inc. is a growing family owned/operated business, looking to expand our team.

In operation for 40 years, specializing in solid surface and quartz countertops.

Residential, New Construction, Commercial, and Home Center/Box Store applications.

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Estimator/Project Manager.

Knowledge of the kitchen and bath industry is required, Millwork background a plus.

Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

Development of Project Estimating and/or Change Orders

Job Preparation, See jobs from Bidding Process through Fabrication

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Scheduling of assigned jobs

Job site measure assistance, training provided; leading to solo jobsite Laser Template work

Communication with clients as well as GC's and Job Superintendent

Place material orders

MUST be able to read blue prints/architectural drawings/shop drawings

AutoCad experience a plus

Microsoft Word and Excel required

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Background check and pre-employment drug screen mandatory.

Full time position, Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm (Overtime when needed).
