Ready to take the next step into engineering leadership A leading industrial treatment company near Eden Prairie, MN is hiring a Engineering Manager to support the production floor and lead a team that includes two senior direct reports. We're open to a strong Lead or Senior Engineer ready to grow their leadership experience. Compensation: $130K–$135K annually including an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. This is a key leadership role with visibility across operations and the change to make an impact on team development. What you will do as the Engineering Manager:Oversee quality control for Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electrical AssemblyMaintain shop presence and is available for interfacing with ProductionReview customer/contractor’s bids and specificationsCreate, modify, and finalize bills of material (BOMs) for both production and bidsAttend project meetings as required by the projectCreate and modify electrical drawings and control panel layoutsAssist in automation and control systems design, specification, simulationImplement specialized techniques and approaches to handle automation projectsDevelop customized programs specific to customer needs and requirementsMaintain confidential operational system informationWhat you need to be the Engineering Manager:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline2-5+ years in the panel industrial experience preferredPrevious experience leading a teamAbility to write and speak to director levels on reportsExposure to Allen Bradley/ Rockwell with CAD software#CareerChangeByDohertyFor questions or further information about the Engineering Manager position, please text/call .
