Job Description
The individual with this position will be responsible to perform electrical tests on the motor and generators before and after cleaning process and/or as required by operations. This is a fully on-site position with a minimum of 50 hours a week and may include working the weekends.
Responsibilities
The individual is responsible to perform electrical tests on the motor primarily after the baking process.
The individual needs to follow the exact test procedure as indicated during the training.
The individual will need to let a supervisor know immediately if the data points are not within the parameters.
The individual will need to create reports for the tests done daily and upload them into the server.
The individual must perform visual inspections on the machine being tested as per the procedure.
Individual must work with the engineering team for assessment of the test results and so that the engineering team can inform the quotation department in a timely manner.

Surge Test
PdMA Test
HiPot
Drop Test
Core Lose Test
This role can expand into other subsequent motor testing tasks depending on the candidate’s growth.
Job Requirements
Know how on how to operate computers, usage and handling of PDFs and excel sheets.
Familiarity with electrical equipment
Willingness to learn and follow test procedures for accurate documentation of the condition of the machine at the moment of the test.
Punctual with the reporting
Prompt with communicating the results to engineering and or Operations Leader for analysis and decision making.
