Job Description

We are seeking someone with a strong ServiceNow background who can serve as a true SA with extensive Solution experience across all facets of an IT ecosystem.

Role Overview:

Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for organizations.

Act as a technical expert and advocate for the platform.

Interface with key stakeholders.

Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 11 years in Information Technology.

At least 7 years of experience in ITIL/ITSM, CSM, FSM, GRC, ITOM, AI/ML, and Integration Hub.
