Precision Electrical Services is looking for a highly skilled and detail-driven Senior Estimator to join our expanding preconstruction team. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone with deep experience in commercial and industrial electrical estimating who's ready to own the front end of complex, high-value projects.

We're one of East Idaho's fastest-growing electrical contractors and we need a Senior Estimator who can keep pace with the momentum.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the end-to-end electrical estimating process for commercial, industrial, and design-build projects

Analyze project plans, specs, and RFPs to develop accurate takeoffs and bid proposals

Collaborate with project managers and leadership on scope, schedule, and labor planning

Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, suppliers, and subcontractors

Source and manage quotes for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services

Identify value engineering opportunities and proactively resolve project challenges

Participate in client pre-bid meetings and handoff meetings to operations

Ensure all bids comply with NEC, local codes, and project documentation

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in electrical estimating (commercial/industrial focus preferred)

Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software (Accubid, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical documentation

Strong understanding of NEC, labor costing, and construction processes

Clear communicator with exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong vendor and subcontractor network is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a bonus
