Aerotek is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for an Industrial Facility located in Batesville, MS. This position is a direct hire role and pay is dependent on experience. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of electricians, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.

Coordinate and oversee electrical installations, repairs, and other projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for the team.

Follow all quality standards and hold team accountable to quality targets.

Complete all necessary inspection checklists and documentation. Record any issues found and the corrective actions taken.

Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Education/Experience

Seeking 10+ years of experience as an industrial/commercial supervisor/superintendent/foreman

Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Proficient in using electrical tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.

Deep understanding of the manufacturing business.

Detailed understanding of financial and operational metrics, and the ability to impact them.

Ability to maintain relationships with diverse groups, including vendors, customers, and employees.

Advanced problem solving capabilities.

Bilingual abilities are a plus.
