Property Management Company looking for an Accounting Rockstar!
Location: North Fort Myers
Must be proficient with QuickBooks and Excel spread sheets (will be tested)
Pay: $25/HR
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm

Job Details – Accounting Role
Core Responsibilities:
Compute, classify, and record financial data accurately
Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Reconcile and balance accounts regularly
Manage all aspects of Payroll and serve as backup for payroll functions
Verify, allocate, and post business transactions
Financial Operations:
Track and monitor company expenditures
Prepare and distribute annual coupon books, letters, and ACH notices
Audit financial transactions performed by staff
Assist in budget preparation and updating budget information in the database
Generate and distribute monthly financial statements
Maintain and monitor QuickBooks and related systems
System & Data Management:
Maintain and update accounting software, including upgrades, backups, and security
Develop and maintain accounting procedures within integrated software programs
Maintain chart of accounts and item lists in QuickBooks/CM
Import, monitor, and manage all financial reports
Compliance & Oversight:
Coordinate and provide collections information to attorneys
Monitor and advise on interest rates and investment strategies
Open and close investment accounts and CDs
Provide financial information to Board of Administration as requested
Customer & Team Support:
Provide exceptional customer service related to accounting issues
Assist with interviewing and onboarding accounting staff, when needed
Supervise accounting functions and support office operations
Review current programs and recommend system upgrades
Maintain ACH processing and customer invoicing databases
Support management with operational monitoring and reporting
Additional Responsibilities:
Coordinate with IT or development teams for specialized programming needs
Liaise with real estate title companies as needed
Redefine and evolve position responsibilities based on organizational needs
