Direct report to Head of GKAM Samsung
Head of GKAM Samsung SEMI/BMD have understood Samsung business structure with related success stories experience. This role is also required strong sales leadership to lead Samsung NKAMs based on strategy mindset and planning skill.
Key Accountabilities
Strong Leadership skill to manage Samsung KAMs.
Keep identifying business trends (Samsung Semiconductor, OLED Display & EV Battery, Mobile) and adjusting team sales directions accordingly.
Lead KAMs to initiate new sales oppy for company cooperate sales strategy direction.
Manage project pipeline of selected Samsung key accounts, including big OEMs.
Guide the KAMs to lead project success via collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Recognize right global org matrix over on project and develop networking accordingly.
Drive people development to improve Samsung KAMs competency.
Contribute to increasing market share and improving margin.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronics engineering
Experiences/Requirements
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Factory Automation area
Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill
Understanding of Samsung Electronics, SDC & SDI, related Tier 1 OEM accounts
Experience of sales management is a plus
Experience of OEM machine builders experience (Semiconductor/EV battery) is a plus
Experience of Motor, Electric Drive & PLC sales with knowledge is a plus
Working experience with global subsidiaries is a plus
Proficient in English (especially, speaking and writing) is a plus
