Purpose:The purpose of the Golf Retail Associate is to assist in providing product knowledge and sales support to Members and guest with Crazy Mountain Ranch's standards and expectations.

Major Responsibilities:

Ensure that reach member and guest receive outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining outstand service standard, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.

Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, always display hospitality and professionalism to our guests, take pride in representing Crazy Mountain Ranch professionally with our members and guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.

Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, members, and guests always. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.

Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Crazy Mountain Ranch employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.

Utilize the elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance.

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.

Provide the highest level of customer service.

Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked.

Assist in the maintenance of all inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

Properly execute all relevant register functions.

Assist with request for tee times and reservations.

Ensure merchandise is neat, clean and pressed for presentation in the Golf Shop to the Ranch standards.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing attractive and creative in-store displays and visual merchandising.

Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.

Handle Member and guest questions, complaints, and issues.

Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Crazy Mountain Ranch policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.

Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect always.

Maintain privacy of our Members at all time.

Always maintain a clean and neat appearance.

Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors.

Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.

Project a favorable image of Crazy Mountain Ranch to Members and guests always.

Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work; One to two years' experience in customer service; Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; Previous cash handling experience; Ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with Members, guests, co-workers, and management.

Experience in the golf industry.

Valid State Driver's License

Microsoft Office suite; Relevant POS system experience.

Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.

Able to perform complex math calculations and spreadsheets.

Ability to solve problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a higher-level employee involved.

The employee is constantly required to talk and/or hear. The employee is constantly required to use their vision to perform an activity such as but not limited to: reading product information guides, price tags, labels, etc. Preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading and determining the accuracy, neatness, attention to detail, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
