About the Role:

The Software Systems & Technology Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of key platforms such as Salesforce, PowerBI, E-Commerce, drip campaigns, and auto-generated patient communication systems, among others.

This is a fully on-site role based primarily at our Upper Arlington and Gahanna locations, with support extended across all four CAPS locations.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with clinical, administrative, and vendor teams while partnering closely to drive innovation, streamline business operations, and ensure all technology initiatives align with CAPS’ strategic goals and partnering with the Software Systems & Technology Business Analyst to plan projects, allocate resources, monitor progress, and test information systems within the practice. You will also support the development and maintenance of the network environment, provide operational reporting to the executive team, and act as a liaison with a third-party IT provider to ensure secure, seamless system integrations.

What You’ll Do:

This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and partners cross-functionally with clinical administrative, and vendor teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of CAPS’ technology ecosystem.

Software Systems Development & Integration:

Oversee the development, implementation, and lifecycle of all software operations, including planning, tracking, testing, and executing project tasks.

Manage key platforms such as:

CRM

Automation Tool

API Integrations

Internal/External Communication Functionalities

Data Warehouse

Oversee the implementation, optimizations, and continuous improvement of CAPS’ software systems to ensure alignment with business operations and growth.

Serve as a Nextech Super User, including filters, reporting, and system integrations.

Project Planning & Execution:

Manage technology-focused projects to ensure tasks are within scope, and budget.

Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and track deliverables.

Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report on progress to leadership.

Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks and issues that may impact timelines or outcomes.

Cross Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Translate business needs into technical solutions by gathering requirements and aligning solutions.

Facilitate communication between CAPS team and third-party IT vendors to ensure seamless execution of technology initiatives.

Act as a liaison with third-party IT support company, fostering collaborative partnerships and ensuring system continuity.

Provide regular updates and insights to the executive team on project status, outcomes, and operational KPIs.

Strategic Alignment & Innovation:

Ensure all technology initiatives align with CAPS’ overall business strategy and operational goals.

Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Support development of ROI models and business cases for new technology solutions.

Complete other special projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

5+ years’ experience leading Software Systems & Technology.

Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, E-Commerce, Drip Campaigns.

Project Manager Certification is preferred.

Strong communication, leadership, and vendor coordination skills.

Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
