Overview
MedOne Healthcare Partners offers an immersive opportunity for nurse practitioners and physician assistants seeking additional education and in-depth knowledge of post-acute care. MedOne’s Advanced Practice Clinician Post-Acute Fellowship is a 6-9-month program of hands-on, clinical training and didactic education with our expert post-acute providers.
Program Curriculum
• Clinical training: 6-9 months of one-on-one training with our expert post-acute providers
• Didactic education: weekly lectures with our dedicated fellowship team
• Professional development opportunities
• Communication development in a clinical setting
Program Eligibility
Post-acute care is fast-paced and collaborative, so ideal candidates are:

Patient-centric
Eligible candidates must meet the following criteria:
Graduate from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Obtain board certification by appropriate certifying body prior to starting the fellowship program
Obtain license to practice with prescriptive authority in the State of Ohio
BLS/ACLS certified
