Warehouse Forklift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in the Grand Rapids, Mi area. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.

2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs 3p-1a OR Fri-Sun 6p-6a

Pay: $18

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload materials or pallets in the warehouse.

Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections to ensure the forklift is functioning properly and report any mechanical issues.

Push/Pull Experience with the Carton Clamp

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various temperature conditions if required (refrigerated) Receive and unload incoming shipments

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Verify contents of received shipments against purchase orders

Prepare and print shipping labels

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
