Salary $100,000–$115,000 + Benefits + 10% BONUS + Paid Relocation to Colorado

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll lead a small team of direct reports and oversee quality assurance processes in our food and beverage facility. Bring your expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Minimum requirements for this Quality Assurance Manager position:

· Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biological Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· At least 5 years in quality assurance or a related role in the food and beverage industry.

· At least 1 year of managerial experience is preferred.

· Dairy industry experience is preferred.

· Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

· Proficiency in SAP and Excel.

· Certifications: PCQI, HACCP, and SQF Practitioner certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
