Join the fastest growing auto insurance agencies in the Chicagoland area! We are seeking motivated representatives to join our team and grow with the company. We are seeking to fill multiple positions within our online sales department.

About the company

Insurance Navy was formed in 2007 based out of Palos Hills, IL and focuses on non-standard auto insurance sales and services. We currently operate in 6 states with over 30 locations, with most being in the Chicagoland area. We strive to become the leading auto insurance broker in each state we operate in.

About the position

We are seeking motivated representatives to join our expanding team of service representatives and agents. These representatives will complete various tasks throughout the day, and will play a key role in the growth of the company. Tasks include, but not limited to, the following:

Making outbound calls to prospects who inquire about insurance on our website

Take down payment and issue new policies that originated on our website

Cross sell different products that we offer

Continuously follow up with past leads

Creating email campaigns for prospects submitting their information on our website

Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with 50-100 fresh leads per day.
