ITnova is seeking an Aviation Project Manager to join our team of talented aviation consultants. We seek a self-motivated individual with strategic and independent thinking and a desire to work in a diverse environment.Responsibilities:

Perform project management tasks such as tracking project progress, schedule, budgets, issues and resolutions.

Prepare scopes of work and project budgets.

Identify and help manage staff and sub-consultants required to accomplish assigned tasks.

Define project goals and coordinate with client/task leader.

Formulate preliminary conclusions and identify possible impacts on other assignments.

Review and coordinate technical progress of junior team members.

Develop final report outline and prepare complete reports and deliverables.

Prepare and participate in client presentations and technical proposals.

Provide advice, technical assistance, and written recommendations on airport planning studies.

Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Create cost-benefit analyses and pitch presentations.

Identifying stakeholders, gather requirements for new systems, develop project charters, schedules, budgets.

Work with stakeholders to maintain existing features and track their usage.

Working with vendors to develop features according to specifications.

Report on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.

Collect data and maintain up-to-date information relevant to the systems or technologies.

Perform related work as required. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a field that provides a solid foundation for aviation consulting.

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Over 5 years of experience with demonstrated increasing responsibility in airport consulting, management consulting, or related fields.

Experience with airport systems such as common use, FIDS, AODB, kiosks, etc.

Familiarity and experience with multiple functional airport planning disciplines.

Excellent analytical skills.

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

Willingness to travel to support ITnova's project portfolio. Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual preferred (English and any other language).

Thorough knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules, regulations, and guidelines.
