Position: Call Center Representative
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers across the state, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and scheduling appointments
Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate coordination between customers and our job assigners throughout the state
Perform light office duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
Utilize basic computer skills to navigate software and communicate effectively with team members
Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of calls and appointments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, demonstrating proficiency in handling various call center operations and customer service protocols
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in standard office software and the ability to learn and effectively utilize software
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, showing empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills when dealing with customers of diverse backgrounds
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing you to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detailed note taking abilities and exceptional communication skills

Previous Dispatch experience a plus
