Job Title: People Operations Generalist

Reports To: Vice President, People & Organizational Strategy

Location: Frederick, Maryland (Onsite)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $24.00 $25.00 per hourPosition Summary:

SriSai Biopharmaceutical Solutions, LLC (SBS) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Generalist to support day-to-day HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and experience using BambooHR or similar HR software.

This position plays a key role in delivering a positive candidate and employee experience while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality in all HR processes.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding (Primary Focus):

Support and manage recruitment tasks, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.

Use BambooHRs applicant tracking system (ATS) to track applicants and maintain records.

Assist in coordinating onboarding logistics and new hire paperwork.

May represent SBS at local job fairs or hiring events on occasion.HR Administrative Support:

Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.

Maintain employee files and ensure documentation is organized and up to date.

Support the preparation of HR letters, forms, and communication as needed.

Enter and update employee data in BambooHR and ensure accuracy in the system.Training & Coordination:

Assist in scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.

Support logistics for internal meetings or HR-led initiatives as needed.Compliance & Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal employment regulations.Qualifications:

23 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 12 years of recruitment coordination or support.

Proficiency in BambooHR or another HRIS/ATS system is required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly preferred.

HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred, but not required.
