Overview

Pay: $25 - $35 per hour

Earning potential over $100K/year based on performance

Sign-on Bonus:

$1000 for Apprentice Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

$3000 for Journeyman Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

$5000 for Master Licensed HVAC Techs / Lead Installers

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

Qualifications

What You Need:

4 years of residential HVAC experience

EPA certification

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Must pass background and drug screening

Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
