Chelsea Phillips Real Estate Group is hiring a Sales Manager to lead our fast-growing team in the heart of Savannah. We're looking for someone who is equal parts strategic thinker, inspiring coach, and operations-minded leader. $90,000 - $120,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, train, and coach a team of real estate sales professionals

Implement and optimize systems for tracking performance, conversion, and client satisfaction

Partner closely with leadership to grow sales volume and drive brand reputation

Foster a team culture rooted in trust, growth, and results

Lead accountability conversations and performance reviews that unlock potentialQualifications:

3+ years of real estate sales or sales leadership experience

A passion for coaching and helping others grow

Operational excellence and a systems-first mindset

Strong communication and emotional intelligence
