Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and skilled Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. In this hands-on kitchen role, you'll take the lead on early-morning breakfast prep and execution, crafting high-quality dishes for both guests and locals who love our hearty, made-to-order morning menu. Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality breakfast dishes to order using scratch methods

Execute consistent plating, timing, and food safety standards

Read and follow recipes and prep sheets accurately

Support prep for banquets and special events as needed

Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment ("clean as you go")

Collaborate with the culinary team and communicate effectively during service

Check in with leadership at the end of each shift Requirements & Qualifications

Prior breakfast or line cook experience preferred, but will train the right candidate

Understanding of food safety, handling, and sanitation (ServSafe certification is a plus)

Ability to read and follow recipes in English

Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player

Slip-resistant shoes and clean uniform required

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Benefits & Perks
