Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team in the printing / digital print industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining bindery/copy equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of print processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate various bindery equipment including cutters, folders, and stitchers to complete print jobs according to specifications.

Operate Digital Copiers (Konica Minolta Machines)

Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure adherence to standards.

Collaborate with prepress and press teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bindery Operator or in a similar role within the printing industry.

Strong knowledge of prepress processes, color management, and quality control techniques.

Familiarity with bindery equipment and printing processes is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
