Hiring: Metal Fabrication Laborer - Entry Level Welding & Grinding

Job Description

We’re currently seeking motivated individuals for a manual labor position in metal fabrication and basic welding support.

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a shop environment while working with a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hand grinding of metal parts to prep and finish surfaces

Use a variety of power tools and hand tools safely and effectively

Assist with basic welding tasks (tack welding, part prep, etc.)

Inspect parts for signs of damage, wear, or fatigue

Identify and communicate potential repairs

Support welders and technicians with manual labor tasks

Follow all industry safety standards and company procedures

Lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (or ability to obtain)

Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed
