Job Description

We are seeking a Director Of Human Resources to become part of our team.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate all legally required training and compliance

Develop OSHA safety standards and PPE program

Manage Workers' Compensation program

Design employee recognition programs

Manage HR department budget

Qualifications:

Experience directing day-to-day HR activities

Knowledge of all legal HR hiring practices

Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws

Ability to build rapport with all employees

Full-time
