Flexo Finders is partnering with a well-established, family-owned label printing company with over a century of industry excellence. Known for its strong culture, long-tenured staff, and growth potential, this company produces custom labels for the beverage, health/beauty, and household markets.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Offset Lithographic Press Operator to join their 2nd shift team. If you’re experienced with offset presses and enjoy a fast-paced, team-driven environment with opportunity for advancement—this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain offset lithographic presses to meet production quantity and quality standards

Perform efficient setups, plate mounting, ink loading, and software-based press operations

Monitor press conditions to ensure proper ink, varnish, and paper levels

Coordinate job changeovers and stage supplies to minimize downtime

Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of press systems

Communicate job deviations and maintain high-quality print results that aid downstream finishing processes

Schedule:

Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Regular Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Litho Press Operator or in a similar printing role

Strong mechanical skills and pressroom experience

Ability to identify color variations, follow job specs, and perform quality checks

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and pass a background/drug screen

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
