Compensation: $30 - $37 p/hr (DOE)
Employment type: Full-Time 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Local painting contractor is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk who is a team player, driven, outgoing, organized and has excellent attention to detail.

Our accounts receivables will be a key employee and is important to our success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
- Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
- Support the process for preparing and sending out electronic contracts
- Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
- Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
- Maintain and update project/employee records and proper filing.
- Manage office emails, phone calls, manage reporting of customer issues and relaying information.
- Aid in Office Maintenance (coordinate equipment needs, supplies and general upkeep).
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently/ multi-task.
- Team Player
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Excel and Dropbox.
- Self-starter with an excellent work ethic and good under pressure.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Willing to learn.
- Excellent attitude is a top-quality we are in search of.
