Position Summary:

Phoenix Mental Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant to join our growing team of mental health professionals. This role is ideal for a motivated, compassionate clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to providing high-quality psychiatric care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive mental health assessments

Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications

Provide ongoing medication management and supportive therapy

Collaborate with primary care providers, and other members of the treatment team

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

Physician Assistant

Active and unrestricted license in Washington

DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

1+ years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply

Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural sensitivity

Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamCompany Description
