Natural Health Consultant / Practitioner

Location: Menomonee Falls & New Berlin, WI

Company: Total Health Nutrition Center

Compensation: $42.00 – $60.00 per hour + bonuses

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Natural Health Consultant / Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will educate and guide clients toward optimal health by assessing their individual needs, implementing holistic wellness strategies, and utilizing muscle response testing to uncover root causes of health concerns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural health, nutrition, and supplement protocols.

This position is available for immediate hire.

Key Responsibilities

Assess client health needs and readiness for lifestyle changes

Provide natural health consulting services and individualized wellness plans

Implement evidence-based health education and testing protocols

Conduct health workshops and online training to build a strong client base

Help clients establish health-related goals and connect them with resources

Utilize muscle response testing to identify root causes and recommend supplementation or lifestyle adjustments

Develop educational materials and resources for clients

Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to recommend appropriate next steps

Lead initial client consultations and guide them into suitable natural health programs

Communicate effectively with clients to support their health journeys

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Certification:

Graduate of Advanced Clinical Training in Nutrition Response Testing or a related field (preferred)

Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in a natural health consulting setting required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional, mature, and compassionate approach to client care

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Physical Requirements

Must have the stamina to work with clients back-to-back for extended periods

Ability to stand for most of the workday while interacting with clients

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $42.00 – $60.00 per hour + performance-based bonuses
