Job Description
A premier and innovative designer, manufacturer, and distributor of men’s and women’s sports and active wear is seeking a Project Manager for their Creative Services marketing team.
The project manager, creative services will oversee, prioritize and manage the workstreams for the Creative Services department. Specifically, the packaging design as well as postproduction process to ensure on-time delivery and accurate work product.
The successful candidate will be a sharp, critical thinker that is a self-driven individual with exceptional written and verbal (English) communication and organizational skills who can multi-task. They will also be customer centric and possess an operational mindset.
Project Manager responsibilities:
· Supervise and lead a team of 5-7.
· Team outputs: eCom photography and video, in-store POS, packaging, and product label systems.
· Maintain archive of packaging assets.
· Partner with photo services team to ensure creative production meets deadlines.
· Traffic creative among internal teams for approval and/or notes.
· Attend production meetings to document key dates and changes with the product lifecycle to adjust Creative Services timelines.
· Update Centric (PLM) with relevant notes.
· Manage and mitigate on behalf of Creative Services team.
Project Manager requirements:
· 3 or more years’ operational and marketing experience within the sports and active wear industry.
Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel.
Excellent project management and supervision skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Company Description
