Machine Operator - 1st shift

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is proud to partner with a leading client in the Grandville area that specializes in Custom foam solutions. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Machine Operators!

Shift Available:

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

$18/hrJob Summary:

You will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery in a fast-paced FOAM manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a company that values safety, precision, and long-term commitment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications

Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure standards are met

Monitor equipment during operation and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Report any production or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all timesQualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of continuous experience as a machine operator

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
