Production Worker / Eletro Mechanical Assembler

Job Description:

Client is seeking Production Workers to join our microelectronics manufacturing team.

In this role, you'll work in a high-tech, cleanroom environment assembling sensitive components.

Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, steady hand/finger dexterity, and the ability to follow written instructions under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Manual assembly tasks including soldering and component installation

Operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment

Use microscopes and ovens for inspection and processing

Follow detailed written instructions via our Factory Operating System (FOS)

Log nonconformance's and perform rework as needed

Participate in annual training for safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems

Requirements:

Technical training preferred Up to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly

Basic math and computer skills

Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation

Strong communication, time management, and adaptability

Microelectronics or aerospace/defense manufacturing experience

Soldering experience to Military or ANSI/J standards

Strong quality and safety mindset

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Continuous improvement mindset

Onsite only - no remote options

No relocation assistance provided

Contractors work side-by-side at the same pay rate

No travel required

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degreeCompany Description
