We are seeking motivated, self-starting individuals to join our company as a Canvasser, Canvasser Lead or Canvas Van Driver.. As part of our street sales team, you go from door to door to speak with potential customers about our services. This is an essential part of our lead generation process and strategy and requires you to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to bridge conversation gaps quickly and confidently. You gather personal data from your contacts and help them determine how they can best benefit from our service offerings. This is a physically active position, meaning you must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time throughout the workday.

What's required? Employees who are reliable and on-time to travel in company van at Sequim office to canvas in Sequim, Port Townsend and Port Angeles.

Canvassers/Canvas Leads and Van Drivers Duties and Responsibilities:

Go door to door within a targeted neighborhood or locality, generating new business leads with residents

Collect data on your contacts for future lead generation outreach

Quickly bridge personal or conversational gaps to create genuine rapport

Upload new lead information and enter gathered data into company database

You do not have to sell anything!

Just set appointments!

We will do all the selling!

We offer free estimates to Homeowners.

Canvasser Requirements and Qualifications:

Canvassing 1+ to 2 years experience

A high school diploma or GED certificate

Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Multilingual ability a plus

Moderate computer proficiency

Canvas Van Driver

Must be 25 + and have a cleaning driving record in order to meet insurance requirements

WAGES:

CANVAS VAN DRIVER $22.00 to $25.00 per hour to start! DOE

CANVAS LEAD $19.00 to start

CANVASSER $18.00 to start

PLUS BONUSES AND COMMISSIONS

SIGN On BONUS: $250.00 after 3 months of employment. Paid out on the bi-weekly pay schedule after 3 months of employment.

BENEFITS : PAID VACATION AND SICK LEAVE, PAID HOLIDAYS, MEDICAL, DENTAL AND VISION ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY THE START OF THE MONTH AFTER 60 DAYS. EMPLOYER PAYS 73% OF EMPLOYEE MEDICAL PREMIUM

Door to Door Canvassers will work

Monday - Friday 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. OR

Tuesday - Friday 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Canvas employees will meet at Sequim office each work day and travel in company van to canvas in Sequim, Port Angeles and Port Townsend.
