What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in the live event, entertainment, and corporate industries. You’ll work with leads, build relationships, and open doors to new business opportunities.

Building Trust-Based Relationships: Engage with clients to truly understand their needs and goals, providing tailored solutions that align with their vision and objectives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.

Consultative Selling: Your role is to solve problems for clients—whether they’re looking for audio/visual solutions, lighting, or other event needs. By listening closely and offering the right products, you’ll help clients execute their events flawlessly.

Closing Sales: You will take qualified prospects through the entire sales cycle, from initial conversation to final contract, ensuring that every deal is structured for mutual success.

Collaboration: You’ll work closely with our operations and logistics teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Meeting Targets: We set ambitious sales goals, and we expect you to hit them, but always with integrity. Your success is tied to your ability to build trust and consistently deliver value to our clients.

CRM & Reporting: You’ll manage your pipeline and track progress in our CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and transparent reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a goal-driven sales professional who believes in providing honest, effective solutions to clients and wants to work in an environment that values transparency and trust.

Experience: At least 5 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in the event, AV, or entertainment industry, but we’ll also consider candidates with a proven track record of success in other sectors.

Relationship-Building: You understand that sales is about more than just closing a deal—it’s about creating lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients. You’re a great listener, you ask the right questions, and you focus on solving problems, not just pushing a product.

Consultative Approach: You can guide clients through the sales process with empathy and understanding, making them feel confident in their decision to choose us as their partner.

Results-Oriented: You’re motivated by achieving goals and driving success, but you understand that integrity and professionalism should always come first.

Strong Communication Skills: You can clearly and confidently communicate value to clients over the phone, in meetings, and in written correspondence.

Time Management & Organization: You’re disciplined and can prioritize your leads, follow-ups, and sales cycle efficiently to maximize your impact.

Team Player: While you’ll be driving your own sales, you understand that collaboration with your colleagues and other departments is key to delivering a seamless customer experience.
