HR/Risk Management Coordinator

Job Description

This positions serves as the company's liaison to external insurance providers. The main functions of the job include, but are not limited to:

1. Reports all work comp and liability incidents to the carriers

2. Gathers the necessary details relevant to every case reported from the field

3. Works closely with adjusters to provide the necessary information to document incidents thoroughly

4. Supports VP of HR with Risk management related projects.

5. Generates monthly safety communication to be distributed to the field.

1. Must possess a high degree of integrity, professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness

2. Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.

3. Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize workload.

4. Multi-task effectively, working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.

5. Able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.

6. Associate’s Degree and 2 years of administrative experience preferably in human resources, risk management, or Legal or a combination of both education and experience.Company Description
