HIRING IMMEDIATELY: DATA ENTRY CLERK IN ELGIN, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Data Entry Clerk to join our client in Elgin, IL. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all PO's are confirmed from the supplier with proper pricing and delivery date, as well as following up on late PO's with suppliers and communicating internally. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as data entry clerk in a warehouse/shipping facility with fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred. Pay, Schedule, and Location

Starting at $22/hour, paid weekly

Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Located in Elgin, IL Duties and Responsibilities

Ensuring all PO's are confirmed from the supplier with proper pricing and delivery date

Following up on late PO's with suppliers and communicating internally

Ability to utilize excel and work with large data sets- Vlook up is essential

Work well with other departments such as warehouse and customer service team

Ability to establish relationships

Enter data accurately and efficiently into company database

Reliable, presentable, and professional Requirements and Qualifications

Proven experience as data entry clerk in a warehouse/shipping facility

Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

Basic understanding of databases

Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

Great attention to detail

High school degree or equivalent
