Job Description
As a TA Advisor, you will help support recruiting efforts for our manufacturing site in Mesa, AZ. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, driving recruitment initiatives, and partnering with leaders to build teams that embody our core values and vision. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
Your key responsibilities include:
• You will collaborate with hiring managers to gather and document the specific requirements for job openings and initiate the recruitment process
• You will support hiring needs for Manufacturing Associates primarily, as well as other Support and Professional level positions.
• You will support high volume hiring needs and attend Job Fairs as needed to support the hiring needs of the business.
• You will identify and utilize the most effective recruiting sources to advertise and post job openings
• You will enhance the company's image and reputation among candidates and external service providers throughout promoting company
• You will actively seek out potential candidates and build networks and processes to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• You will review resumes and assess talent based on company’s hiring framework
• You will maintain thorough documentation of the candidate evaluation and interview process to ensure consistency and compliance
• You will advise hiring managers in creating competitive compensation packages and offers for new hires
• You will take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the recruitment function.

• You will have corporate recruiting experience hiring for technical and manufacturing roles
• You will bring initiative and thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, demonstrating your ability to adapt and excel under pressure
• You will have strong sourcing abilities within an ATS, LinkedIn, Twitter, social media networks, job boards, and other platforms, effectively identifying both passive and active candidates
• Previous experience with Workday as recruiting system is highly preferred
• Experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred but not required.
