What You’ll Do:

Operate various asphalt rollers to compact and finish surfaces smoothly

Use hand tools like lutes to assist with paving when needed

Adjust roller settings for optimal compaction results

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

Work closely with your crew to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently

Follow safety protocols and help maintain a safe, clean job site

What We’re Looking For:

Experience operating asphalt rollers or other heavy machinery

Solid understanding of job site safety and equipment care

Attention to detail and a drive for high-quality work

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

A team player with strong communication skills

Able to work in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs

Stand, walk, and work on your feet for long hours

Handle heat, cold, and varying outdoor conditions
