Responsibilities:

Safely transport customers to and from the dealership using the courtesy shuttle.

Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle at all times.

Assist customers in and out of the vehicle when needed.

Track and manage shuttle routes, wait times, and customer drop-off/pick-up information.

Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.

Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the Germain Company positively.

Perform basic vehicle inspections (fuel level, cleanliness).

Assist with light dealership tasks as needed between rides (e.g., running errands, vehicle relocation, other small tasks).

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to safely operate a shuttle van or similar-sized vehicle.

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.

Previous driving or customer service experience preferred.
