About the Role

We are seeking an Architect or Structural Engineer with a Wisconsin license to join our team in New Berlin, WI. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee commercial building projects from concept to completion as the supervising professional.

Develop building drawings and ensure compliance with Wisconsin regulations.

Collaborate with designers and draftsmen to produce high-quality plans.

Conduct site visits to monitor project progress.

Work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Preferred Experience

Hands-on experience with commercial building design & construction.

Experience with projects such as:

Metal buildings

Office spaces

Industrial facilities

Schools & Churches

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Wisconsin Architectural or Structural Engineering license (Required).
