We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our metal cutting and fabrication team. This position plays a crucial role in producing high-quality metal products to meet customer specifications.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate slitting, cut-to-length, and blanking machines

Cut and shape metal materials according to precise specifications

Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all operations

Convert measurements between decimals and fractions

Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience operating metal cutting and fabrication machinery

Strong math skills for measurement conversions

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials
