Now Hiring: 1st Shift CNC Machine Operator $18-$20/hr Grand Haven, MI

Job Type: Full-time, Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team on 1st shift. If you have experience programming and setting up CNC Lathe and Mill machines, and you enjoy working independently in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Mills

Load/unload 8-lb parts

Program machines, make offsets, and perform edits as needed

Inspect finished parts using micrometers and gauges

Record quality checks and prepare parts for shipment

What We're Looking For:

Experience programming and setting up CNC machines (Lathe & Mill)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
