Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, talent needs, and help shape the future of the business.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a strong employer-of-choice reputation in the market.
- Develop and execute smart recruiting strategies using your knowledge of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Leverage multiple sourcing tools to identify, engage, and attract highly skilled and diverse candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer and close, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline and track key hiring metrics in the ATS.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven expertise in direct sourcing and talent attraction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong consulting, relationship management, and closing abilities.
- Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and a big-picture mindset.
- Prior agency recruiting experience and experience hiring for manufacturing roles
