Volunteer Secret Shopper

Overview:

As a Secret Shopper, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the customer service and operational standards at Chick-fil-A. Your observations and feedback will help ensure the company maintains its commitment to providing excellent service and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct undercover visits to designated Chick-fil-A location.

Evaluate employee performance based on specific criteria, including customer service, friendliness, executing core four, and providing a remarkable experience.

Document observations in detail using the provided templates.

Adhere to a schedule and maintain confidentiality during evaluations.

Provide constructive feedback to help improve service and operational efficiency.

Communicate with the Training Director about guest experiences and team member evaluations.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older.

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have reliable transportation

Must have Chick-fil-A Application.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain discreet.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
