Project Manager - Enterprise Strategy, Risk & Performance

Essential Functions

Support the Enterprise Risk Management ( ERM ) program by identifying and addressing enterprise-wide risks Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of performance and accountability projects Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Ensure projects align with organizational strategic goals and performance improvement initiatives Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other evaluation metrics Perform data analysis to assess trends, measure impact, and support decision-making Facilitate collaboration across departments to drive project success Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues Conduct independent reviews to evaluate project effectiveness and adherence to standards Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and best practices Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making Conduct post-project evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement Integrate risk management practices into project planning and execution Conduct audits, independent reviews, and assessments to identify gaps and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Provide expertise in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and auditing best practices
