Head of Operations(Ring Gear)

Lead and manage the complete manufacturing process for ring gear production, including machining, heat treatment, finishing, and inspection.

Develop and implement production strategies to meet delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.

Optimize workflows and introduce lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Collaborate with design, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.

Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, yield, downtime, cycle time, and cost per unit.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Evaluate and invest in new technologies or automation solutions to improve capabilities and throughput.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators.

Prepare and manage budgets, production schedules, and reports for senior management.
