**Job Title: Shift Picker and Packer**

**Job Description**

Candidates will be responsible for all duties in pick/pack/ship. A flexible attitude and willingness to do both jobs is a must. Candidates will rotate between jobs throughout the day.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work in the pick area with a cart, scanning codes and picking parts from racks.

+ Move the cart to the next area for continuation and wait for the next cart.

+ Perform packing tasks by scanning order sheets, printing packing slips, and packing products along with additional items into boxes.

+ Place packed boxes on a conveyor for sealing, labeling, and routing.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.

+ Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English.

+ Ability to read small print.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Scanner experience.

+ 6 months of pick/pack experience.

+ Experience with order picking, pallet jacks, warehouse packing, packaging, general labor, labelling, and shipping.

+ Flexible attitude.

+ Willingness to learn.

+ Team mentality.

**Work Environment**

The facility is very clean and temperature-controlled. Candidates will be standing all day, handling very small and light products, with a maximum lifting weight of 5 lbs in most cases.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, Illinois.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $17.70 - $17.70/hr.
