**Job Title: Warehouse Helper**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Helper with previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate should be familiar with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in inventory management and control.
+ Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
+ Perform production tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
+ Engage in general labor activities as needed.
+ Utilize RF scanners and hand tools effectively.
+ Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
+ Use basic computer skills for communication, ordering supplies, and completing documentation.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
+ Familiarity with operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
+ Proficiency in basic computer skills for communication and documentation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
