Security Architect – Cloud & Enterprise Security - NJ

We’re seeking a Security Architect with strong hands-on expertise across enterprise and cloud security environments (Azure, GCP). You’ll design secure architectures, drive security strategy, and implement modern security tools and frameworks to protect a hybrid infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement security solutions across cloud (Azure, GCP), on-prem, and hybrid environments

Apply Zero Trust, network segmentation, and IAM best practices

Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and threat mitigation

Oversee firewalls, secure gateways, EDR, MDR, ITDR, and DLP

Integrate security automation (DevSecOps, scripting: Python, PowerShell, Terraform)

Align security controls with frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, Zero Trust

Guide IAM, MFA, PAM, and secure authentication (Okta, AD, Microsoft Authenticator)

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or cloud security

Deep knowledge of:

Cloud platforms: Azure, GCP

Security tools: Zscaler, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco

IAM & Authentication: Okta, AD, MFA

Security frameworks: NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, Zero Trust

Strong scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Terraform)

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Certifications

Required: CISSP

Preferred: CISM, CCSP
